Short but not sweet?

This dream was very short, but puzzling. I just remember talking on the phone with my mom. It seemed as though we were having one of our regular chats, and she made a comment about my sister coming home that day or some particular reference to her. I just remember being shocked and perturbed in the dream, about what that meant.
